Lisa Hasenhütl, born 1988 in Graz, has been studying directing with an emphasis on scriptwriting at the Filmakademie Wien since 2015. In 2013 she get a degree in „English and American Studies“ with an emphasis on transnational feminism, after which she went to Luxembourg to work for the production company Minotaurus Film (now called Amour Fou Luxembourg). She eventually transferred to Amour Fou Vienna and mainly worked for directors such as Virgil Widrich and Katharina Mückstein. Gaining set-experience in the areas advertising, TV and Film, she also worked as assistant director for several short-films by directors such as Martin Winter, Bernhard Wenger, Rafael Haider, Magdalena Chmielewska und Jan Prazak.
