Angelika Reitzer lives in Vienna as a writer, screenwriter, and filmmaker. She publishes novels, short stories, and poetry collections, most recently “Blauzeug” (2025), and writes dramatic texts, film scripts, and libretti (“Regina”, opera, steirischer herbst 22; “If the forest goes away”, musical, 2025). She has received numerous awards and scholarships, including the Outstanding Artist Award for Literature and the Literature Prize of the Province of Styria.
